FK TSC Bačka Topola — Last 6
FK Radnički Niš — Last 6

FK TSC Bačka Topola welcome FK Radnički Niš on 16 May 2026 in the Mozzart Bet Superliga’s Relegation Round, a meeting that matters a good deal more than the table might first suggest. TSC sit second on 44 points, Radnički are just behind on 43, and both clubs have spent this phase trying to finish the season with some dignity and momentum. For one side, there’s a chance to confirm superiority over a direct rival. For the other, there’s a chance to nick a result away from home and drag the contest into something tighter.

This is not a dead rubber. Far from it. TSC have been one of the more entertaining teams in the group, scoring freely but leaving openings behind them, while Radnički have looked far more controlled in recent weeks, grinding out wins and keeping games tight. Tomislav Sivic’s side arrive off a wild 6-1 demolition of Javor Ivanjica. Marko Neđić’s men come in after a disciplined 1-0 over Mladost Lučani, sealed deep in stoppage time. Different moods, different rhythms. That usually means a proper test.

FK TSC Bačka Topola Form & Analysis

TSC’s recent form has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but the latest chapter was emphatic. They smashed Javor Ivanjica 6-1 at home on 10 May, and it wasn’t a flattering scoreline. It was a one-sided beating. Andrej Todoroski, Bogdan Petrović, Herve Toure, Dragoljub Savić, Radivoj Bosić and Miloš Šatara all found the net in a game where TSC created chance after chance and barely allowed Javor a foothold. Before that, they had gone to Radnički 1923 and earned a 2-2 draw, which kept the points ticking over.

The flip side? They’ve also had to absorb a couple of bruises. Mladost Lučani came to town and won 2-1 on 27 April, and IMT Beograd had already beaten TSC 3-1 at home on 8 April. Even in defeat, though, TSC usually manage to ask questions of opponents. They beat Spartak Subotica 4-1 away and Napredak Kruševac 4-1 at home in the run before the Javor romp. That’s why they’re such an awkward side to land a clean read on. They can go from loose to ruthless in the space of a week.

At home, the numbers are decent without being airtight: six wins, six draws and six defeats, with 23 scored and 20 conceded. That’s a proper middle-ground record. No fortress, no catastrophe either. What stands out is the attack. TSC have scored in waves, and their home games often turn into open affairs because they’re willing to push bodies forward. The defensive edge isn’t nearly as sharp. They’ve managed only a modest return of clean sheets at their ground, and that’s the reason this match won’t feel comfortable even if they’re favoured. Still, if you’re looking for a team with the higher ceiling on the ball, it’s Sivic’s side. By some distance.

Mind you, their home profile also tells you why they can be exposed. When they don’t control the tempo, gaps appear. Opponents have found enough room to hurt them, and that’s the tension here. TSC can overwhelm teams. They can also get dragged into a scrap. That won’t be lost on Radnički.

FK Radnički Niš Form & Analysis

Radnički Niš arrive with a quieter, more pragmatic feel to their recent work. Their last outing was the kind of result managers love: a 1-0 win over Mladost Lučani, decided in the 90+1st minute by Ibrahim Mustapha from a Radomir Milosavljević assist. Before that, they’d already picked up a 1-0 away win at Napredak Kruševac. Those are the kind of results that steady a season. No fuss, no drama until the dying moments. Job done.

That said, their recent spell hasn’t been spotless. IMT Beograd beat them 2-0 away on 27 April, and Vojvodina had previously edged them 3-2 on the road. The 3-2 home win over Javor Ivanjica and the 1-1 draw at Radnički 1923 show a side that can compete, but not always with much margin for error. When they do win, it often feels earned rather than effortless. They’re rarely running riot. They’re usually in a game for the full 90.

The away record is the glaring issue. Three wins, four draws and 11 defeats, with 15 scored and 27 conceded, is nowhere near the standard you want before a tricky trip like this. They can nick results on the road — Napredak proved that — but the overall shape is poor enough to raise doubts. Radnički away fixtures tend to feature too much defending and not enough control in the final third. Their goalscoring away from home is respectable enough to keep them alive in games, but the defensive return is a problem. Twenty-seven conceded on the road tells its own story. It’s a lot.

Still, they’re not coming in empty-handed. Their last two league games have brought six points and two clean sheets. That’s a genuine lift, and Neđić will lean on that. A team can change its mood quickly when the back line settles and the goalkeeper starts doing his job. The question is whether that can survive a trip to a TSC side that just hammered Javor 6-1 and has been scoring almost for fun at home.

Head-to-Head

These two know each other well enough, and the recent meetings lean TSC’s way. The sides drew 1-1 at Radnički Niš on 23 November 2025, but TSC won the home fixture 2-1 on 20 July 2025. Go back a little further and the pattern becomes clearer: TSC beat Radnički 4-1 in December 2024, after a 1-0 away win for Radnički in July of that year. Before that, TSC had the upper hand again, winning 1-0, 3-0, 2-0 and 3-0 across earlier meetings.

The broader picture is simple enough. TSC have had Radnički’s number far more often than not, especially in Bačka Topola. Radnički can make life awkward, sure, but they’ve spent a lot of these contests chasing the game or trying to stay within touching distance. That tends to suit TSC’s attacking style. It’s another small edge for the hosts. Not a huge one. Just enough to matter.

We Predict: Home Win

We’re backing FK TSC Bačka Topola to win at 5/6 here. It’s the cleaner call. Their home attack has been producing regularly, the 6-1 thrashing of Javor Ivanjica showed their ceiling, and Radnički’s away record is still too shaky to trust over 90 minutes. The visitors have improved, no doubt, but they’ve still lost 11 of 18 away league matches and conceded 27 goals. That’s a soft underbelly against a side that loves to play on the front foot.

A 2-1 TSC win feels about right. Radnički have enough about them to find a goal — especially with TSC’s habit of giving opponents a route into the match — but the hosts should have the greater threat in the final third and the stronger habit of winning this kind of game at home. If you want a slightly more cautious angle, TSC draw no bet would be the safety-first route. Still, the home win is the main call.
