They lost 4-1 away to Lens in the Coupe de France, then 3-2 to the same opposition in Ligue 1, were thumped 4-0 at home by Lille, and fell 3-1 away to Paris Saint-Germain. The last win was a 1-0 home success over Lorient on 21 March. That’s a long time ago. Too long.
Still, Toulouse aren’t travelling to Strasbourg with a completely hopeless away record. Their league away figures are five wins, two draws and eight defeats, with 20 goals scored and 21 conceded. That’s not terrible by the standards of the bottom half, and it tells you they’re usually good for a goal or two even when they don’t get the result.
